All prices are per night and include VAT.
Children 4 years & under are free.
At Management’s discretion persons may be asked for a £20.00 good behaviour bond each.
Low Season fixed Rate for over 65’s. Contact reception for further details.
NO FIRES ARE PERMITTED. DISPOSABLE BARBEQUES (BBQ)
Management reserve the right to refuse admittance to any persons at their absolute discretion.
No noise or loud music permitted after 11.00pm and persons disturbing other holiday makers at any time may be asked to leave.
No commercial vehicles, vans or pickups permitted.

Children must be supervised by parents or a responsible adult at all times.
